Asking My 2 Best Friends The Same Questions!!

Hey there!

This post is more of a sequel of Happy Friendship Day where I answer and ask my two best friends the same 20 questions! With this post you get to know me, Naina and Ishita! So go ahead and give it a read!,

1. Are you more of a “work to live” or a “live to work” type of person?
Saumya: I’m definitely a ‘work to live’ person. You guys already know that I’m a person who wants to enjoy life and do something which interests me rather than something very difficult or impossible. I want to work just to own and earn my livelihood and lead a happy, simple life.
Ishita: Work to live, I wanna go to concerts have a lots of clothes have album wanna travel and much more so I need money
Naina: I guess I am more of a work to live person because I think sitting idle at one point gets boring! And I think each and everyone has now experienced this fact during this pandemic!!😬

2. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Saumya: I think it’s listening to music 24/7. My love of life!! Also spending time with my friends and family and a day where I never meet any of the people that discourage me in life.
Ishita: By dancing, listening to music or going outside
Naina: Probably hang out with friends and family just chill, relax and yeah most importantly sleep for half of the day and enjoy the other half with my loved ones! Yeah this is the best👍

3. What type of music are you into?
Saumya: Haha, my favourite question. I’m more into Pop, Country, K-pop and some alternative music. I also like R&B, Disco and Electric. If I talk about artists, the list is probably never-ending. The top 5 artists are BTS, Taylor Swift, Dua Lipa, BLACKPINK and probably Armaan Malik.
Ishita: K-pop
Naina: It actually depends on my mood, I goddamn have playlists for different moods! I am not into a particular *type* of music!

4. Where’s the next place on your travel bucket list and why?
Saumya: I have 5 places on my travel bucket list. In order: New York, Orlando, London, Seoul and Nashville. New York mostly because it’s a great place to make your career if you want to become an art and writing entrepreneur. Orlando because of Universal Studios theme park. London because of the official Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play. Seoul because, you know, BTS and Nashville because of Taylor Swift and country music.
Ishita: South Korea- because I really like there music and also their culture
Netherlands- it’s actually a really beautiful place so I wanna visit
Naina: I really wanna visit Maldives!! I swear, I am so into that place. First of all I love water and these beaches, water sports etc. Maldives is the place I am longing to go to! ⛱

5. What are your hobbies, and how did you get into them?
Saumya: My hobbies are again a lot!! I like to write, draw, play piano, listen to music, dance, be on my phone, blogging, and reading. I have honestly no idea how I got into them. I just kind of did gradually.
Ishita: Dancing- I have been dancing since I was 4-5 year old my mom actually really big fan of dancing and I got into dancing because of her
Naina: So dancing and travelling are at the top! It’s been from my childhood . I don’t actually remember when and how but it is, and I really love them.

6. What was your favorite age growing up?
Saumya: When I was 10. My life was perfect then and before that time. No teenage issues, no friend crisis, just a happy kid life.
Ishita: 14 many good things happened that time so I guess I will go with 14.
Naina: Interesting question. Lmao, age? I really don’t know. I guess any age before 10.

7. Would you say you’re more of an extrovert or an introvert?
Saumya: I’m an ambivert. I can be too shy or too loud. Depends on the people around me. The people who are close to me would define me as a total extrovert while the people who meet me first would not have any idea about how extrovert I can be.
Ishita: Extrovert. I really like meeting new people
Naina: I am totally an extrovert person! I can be very shy when I first meet you but once I get to know you and we get comfy, I am probably the most annoying! And if you think I am annoying then you are definitely a person I don’t wanna lose!

8. What’s your favorite ice cream topping?
Saumya: Anything Chocolate! Choco chips, Oreo, waffles, wafers and everything chocolate!! Though, I hate nuts and fruits as ice cream toppings.
Ishita: Choco chip
Naina: Has to be caramel and choco chips!

9. If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Saumya: It’s very difficult but I think it should be cheese pizza.
Ishita: Pizza
Naina: Can YOU actually answer this question? No right? Everyone is a foodie here, who cannot choose any one dish among the end number of cuisines and sub-dishes.
But If I had to choose, I guess it would probably be pizza or KFC.

10. What’s your favorite quote from a TV show/movie/book?

11. How old were you when you had your first celebrity crush, and who was it?
Saumya: I think I was 11 when I was asked this question and surprisingly my answer was Armaan Malik and he is still my celebrity crush!! Right now I have so many celebrity crushes!!
Ishita: 13. V from BTS (I mean who doesn’t have/had a crush on him)
Naina: I guess I was 11 or 12. It was Varun Dhawan. No longer though.

12. What’s one thing that can instantly make your day better?
Saumya: Music!! And chocolates. Probably a good compliment as well!!
Ishita: Music- music can literally heal any pain and it’s the best
Naina: Food and a no-study-day!!

13. Do you have any pet peeves?
Saumya: Yup, loads. The first one being when people spell my name incorrectly and people who judge people on their gender. Like, c’mon guys, we are in the 21st century then why the hell?
Ishita: When they pronounce some words wrong
Naina: Numerous!! Like many! Can’t even count them. One can be when I am sleeping and someone starts disturbing me!

14. Are you active on social media, or do you prefer to be more private?
Saumya: I am active on social media as in posting my creations. For the fact, I use social media very little, I have never posted a single photo of mine in public. I’m currently private about it.
Ishita: Active on social media
Naina: I do have social media, I used to be active before but not any longer. Very private now!

15. Which of your personality traits are you most proud of?
Saumya: I think I’m very creative and a very organized person. Well, you gotta agree I’m creative and you guys know why. And organized as in, if you ever see my phone, it’s always so organized. The priorities are pinned, there are separate folders for blogging, school divided into subjects, schedules, lists. Notes is the most used app and I always meet my targets!
Ishita: That I can approach people easily honestly most my friends are kinda shy when it comes to approaching people so I am the one who does that, also I am good at that 😂 And I am funny I guess I don’t need to explain that 🧐
Naina: All of them 😉 My nature and my personality is one thing I have improved and am proud of in the past few months

16. Who do you admire most in the world?
Saumya: I admire a lot of people in the world. In no particular order, My Parents (always), I admire BTS and Taylor Swift, I admire Priyanka Chopra, I admire some of my teachers and last but definitely not the least, I admire all the people who make me feel protected!
Ishita: BTS – I can’t express in words how much BTS means to me. Because of them I love myself
Naina: A very safe answer, my parents ♥️

17. A genie gives you three wishes—what are they?
Saumya: 1- I want to be slim forever
2- I want to become something like a full time artist, songwriter, writer or a full time blogger based in America
3- I want the people I love to always stay close to me and love me back.
Ishita: (1) My parents will live as long as I live
(2) I can find loyal people
(3) I can achieve my dream without any consequences
Naina: 1. I wanna become an IITian IAS officer!!
2. I want my close ones to stay close to me and never ever suffer!!😏
3. I want the body figure of my dreams!

18. If you had the opportunity to be immortal, would you take it?
Saumya: It depends on the time you ask me. Right now, I don’t want to. But yes if I just met with an accident and I’m near death then I’m definitely going to take this opportunity.
Ishita: No, because I know I will get tired of this world.
Naina: Nah, not really. At one point I need rest, come on!
Also everyone else won’t be immortal, and I will lose them. So no point in being immortal. I am not Voldemort, am I? No, of course not.

19. Do you have any allergies?
Saumya: Yes, my skin is allergic to woolen clothes. You must be wondering how I survive in winters, well I wear cotton clothes or relatively soft clothes inside and wear numerous jackets, sweaters and hoodies! I can’t wear woolen pants which I’m kind of sad about. My friends often ask why I wear so many clothes and I’m just too lazy to tell them this whole long story.
Ishita: Yes, minor dust allergy.
Naina: No I don’t. But I didn’t like Gulab Jamun (indian sweet dish), when I was small, and I have no idea why people used to force me to have it. But I never wanted to have it so I used to say that I am allergic to Gulab Jamun. The same case happened with “kheer”. Anyway, I like them both now. Lmao.

20. Which fictional character do you relate to most?
Saumya: Loony Love, I mean Luna Lovegood. I’m kind of judged by people because of my such a different interest (especially being in India). Luna was a girl who was judged because she believed in fairies. So yes, I relate to her a lot. And I’m kind of weird, stupid and I loved her carrot earings!! There are a lot of fictional artists I want to relate to but I’m just happy I relate to Luna.
Ishita: Pi from fish upon the sky- in the series Pi was always scared of peoples opinions about him also when the started dating he wanted to keep it private because he knew would judge I myself have faced the same issue not relationship one but I was always scared of what people thought about me and I was always trying to fit in everyone’s standards that at one point I thought I lost myself but like Pi I accept the reality and I am happy now.
Naina: I am not able to remember any specific name, but I guess characters who face problems small or big every day. Tired.
